This restaurant deserves a very thoughtful review. From our initial glimpse of the restaurant from the outside, I had no idea of the gem hidden inside. Once we entered, we were greeted by Sandra, who is an absolute sweetheart. She took us to our table and shared some background about this and other Catch locations. The design of the space and the background music creates an elegant chic vibe and really warm ambiance. Shortly after we were seated, Sandra and another gentleman came back to make our table a little larger so that my husband and I had a bit more space. Although not necessary, we really appreciated the gesture. This was just the beginning of the outstanding service that we received throughout the evening. Sandra, along with our server, Michael, who was exceptional as well, checked on us throughout the evening. Michael made phenomenal recommendations and we absolutely loved everything single thing he suggested (which has never happened at any other restaurant). Michael also is a good conversationalist! Now the food...where do I begin?! Just know that the photos do not do it justice. Everything and I do mean everything was delicious! I highly recommend the Rainbow Sashimi Pizza (I was skeptical but it was amazing), Miso Glazed Sea Bass, and the Cantonese Lobster. For dessert, we also had the Pistachio “Cheesecake” and also received fresh baked cookies. For drinks, the Lychee Saketini was very good too! Honestly, based on what we tried, I don't think you could go wrong. Catch will absolutely be on our list every time we come to Miami. Our sincere thanks to the entire team (including our table attendant) and compliments to the chef(s).

We were in town for F1 weekend and, as longtime fans of Catch NYC, we were excited to check out the new Catch South Beach location—it absolutely lived up to the hype and we were very impressed! From the service to the food to the rooftop vibe, everything was on point. We had the absolute best time on Saturday, 5/3—and it was all thanks to the phenomenal team that made our night so special! From the moment we were seated, Giselle took incredible care of us. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely fun to talk to— she knew everything about the menu and helped us order the perfect selection of dishes. Every dish she recommended was incredible. Trust her with your order—you won’t regret it! We also had a great time chatting with Flor, the somm of the night, who introduced us to an amazing sake. Her knowledge of all the wines and sakes was super impressive. Her insights were thoughtful and engaging and her warm personality definitely made our whole experience even that much better! Giselle Flor made a great team! The rooftop seating was also really nice and we had perfect weather for the evening. It was the perfect setting for fine dining during one of the busiest weekends in Miami. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town!

Catch Miami was phenomenal! The rooftop happy hour has beautiful views. The sushi boat was excellent. Bartenders Anna & Johann work magic with the cocktails! The service was beyond fantastic on all levels - from the manager, Ashley to the gentleman at the door, Antonio! I wish I could give 10 stars!

Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by a doorman, as the restaurant enforces a dress code. During our visit, we saw a family politely turned away for wearing casual attire, including sneakers and shorts, though the staff helpfully suggested alternative dining options nearby. Once past the doorman, you’re welcomed by the host into a beautifully designed space. The bar is elegant, and after a few steps up, you enter the main dining area. To reach the rooftop on the third floor, you can take the elevator or stairs, with restrooms conveniently located on the second level. Our rooftop dining experience was fantastic! The happy hour menu was impressive, offering a well-curated selection of dishes. Emilio, our server, was outstanding—attentive, knowledgeable, and provided excellent recommendations that elevated our meal. We enjoyed the crunchy rice cakes, Sunset Boat, spicy yellowtail roll, salmon avocado roll, and pistachio cheesecake, all of which were absolutely delicious. Our craft cocktail was expertly made and complemented the meal perfectly. One thing to note: a 20% service fee is automatically added to the bill. For two people, our total came to 178, including just one cocktail. While this may be on the higher end, the quality of food, service, and ambiance made it well worth it. If you’re looking for a sophisticated rooftop dining experience in Miami with delicious seafood and top-tier service, Catch Seafood is a must-visit. We’ll definitely be back!

I have been there for Brunch and Dinner & the food was excellente, both time we have been served by Emilio ( literally the best server I have ever met ) but the whole team was very sweet, the sommelier is also sooo cool. And to finish the restaurant is very charming & you feel confortable. Don’t hesitate you will love it ( thanks to the team & the GM Guillaume ).

My photos don't do Catch justice, let me start with that. I was enamored by the selection, we're talking fresh oysters and gigantic cocktail shrimp on ice, fresh sushi and sashimi, an omelet station, large selection of fresh baked pastries, a carving station, and a grill with shrimp and chicken skewers made on the spot. The desert selection was amazing and I implore you reading this to try the chocolate strawberry cookie...MAGNIFICENT. We went for Sunday brunch and had a reservation at 11. Parking around the area is tricky, and valet is available for 25, they accept CC or cash. Ambiance was a 10/10. Food, like I mentioned, 10/10. We will definitely be back soon! Although pricey, consider the quality of the food, the service, and the spectacular views - all that considered, the price is justified in my opinion. Give Catch a try!

Full review: Went here for date night with my husband and we both had an incredible experience! The ambience here is beautiful & elegant, perfect for date night. The hosts greeted us with a smile and a warm welcome which was refreshing and much appreciated. Our waitress Skylar was amazing. She was friendly, attentive and really knew the menu. She gave us fantastic recommendations for drinks and food. Speaking of food, everything we ordered was fantastic. We got the baked king crab roll the mushroom truffle pasta (a must!) NY Strip & herb roasted Branzino and for dessert we got the “hit me” cake which is also a must! Highly recommend this place & will definitely be back!

Longtime fan of Catch NYC, so was very excited to try the Miami location. Didn’t disappoint! Excellent service, amazing rooftop and the food was a 10/10, as expected. Highly recommend the spicy pasta, any of the sushi rolls and their filthy martini! Came here with a few friends and we had a wonderful time: vibes were great, service was excellent, rooftop was pretty magical. We’ll be back!
